Mr. Zhang graduated from Sichuan University and worked in a state-owned company for five years. He was in charge of import aircrafts and aviation insurance in the European insurance market. Mr. Zhang passed the National Judicial Examination.
 
Mr. Zhang has solid knowledge in legal theory and extensive experience in all types of cases involving company, contract, and security laws and in the field of international investment and economic cooperation. Mr. Zhang has been engaged for years as a legal adviser by government departments, state-owned and private enterprises, and foreign companies doing business in China.
